Here’s how it works:
 
1. Refund through My Credit or Return Voucher: 
Your Shukrans will remain with you, but you will not earn new Shukrans on your My Credit or Return Voucher transaction.
 
2. Refund through Credit Card or Bank Transfer: 
This will depend on how many Shukrans you have in your account. 
 
i. If you have enough or more Shukrans than you earned on this order, then we will simply deduct the Shukrans you earned on the order from your existing Shukran balance. 

ii. If you have fewer Shukrans than you earned on this order, we’ll deduct money from your refund instead. This cash deduction will be equal to the value of the Shukrans you earned. Please note, we will only deduct cash in these scenarios, and never a combination of Shukrans and cash.
